Royal Brinkman and Kam’s Growers Supply have been working together for over six months now and have further intensified their activities in Canada. The collaboration has strengthened their market position with a broader range of products and solutions that improve grower profitability. The Valent truss support clip will be launched at the Canadian Greenhouse Conference.
Expansion of product range in North-America
In January 2022, Kam’s Growers Supply became part of the Royal Brinkman group. This has resulted in a further expansion of the product range in Canada, and international knowledge and support to Kam’s local specialists. Kameron Fordyce – President of Kam’s Growers Supply said: “Royal Brinkman has respected our culture and allowed us to maintain our customer focused operating style. At the same time, they are providing the support we need to raise the level of our operations to be a global player. Complete Valent line – developed by growers for growers
The truss support clip complements Royal Brinkman’s Valent line and prevents clusters from kinking. The clips are attached around the cluster stem, giving it support and ensuring better fruit quality and higher production. Much of the Royal Brinkman crop rotation assortment is currently available in Canada but the complete Valent line will be fully in stock by November. Roy Middelburg, Area Manager Royal Brinkman Canada says: “The Valent line was developed by growers and for growers. This line already includes Valent Pepper Twine, Valent Clips and Valent Hooks. With the addition of the truss support clip, we are not done yet. Currently we are also developing a biodegradable clip. Together with Kam’s Growers Supply we can meet the local market’s needs. With the joint activities we can promise the market that we are always looking for the right solutions with improvement as our common goal.”
Present at Canadian Greenhouse Conference
